Please see attached the groups and instructions for the final exam assignment. Please contact your group partners to begin the work.
Please start drafting the PPP Agreement in groups for the class on Monday based on:
- our in-class presentation on the PPP Agreement for Dialysis Services;
- Draft PPP Agreement on Issyk-Kul Hotel PPP Project;
- Draft PPP Agreement on Automated Fare Collection System PPP Project.
Actually you should combine relevant provisions of the documents above applicable to your PPP Agreement. On Monday we will discuss your Draft PPP Agreement.
