This course introduces students to the principles and practices of project management in the context of social entrepreneurship. It combines theoretical frameworks with experiential learning to help students design and plan projects addressing real-world social and environmental challenges. Students will explore how to translate innovative ideas into actionable strategies, engage stakeholders effectively, and ensure long-term project sustainability. Through case studies based on the grantees' experience of the Coca-Cola Foundation, students will analyse both successes and challenges faced by social entrepreneurs in developing contexts.
