Please read the following materials and prepare a draft comparative table on differences between the Kyrgyz PPP Law 2012 and Kyrgyz PPP Law 2019:

• In-class presentation on the Kyrgyz PPP Law 2012;
• Kyrgyz PPP Law 2019 (in Russian);
• K&A Article on the Kyrgyz PPP Law.

We will discuss the draft table in class. You will submit it later.

I am updating the English translation of the Kyrgyz PPP Laws 2012 and 2019 and will upload them shortly. 

Please also be prepared with your individual/group presentations.

• our in-class presentation on the PPP Agreement for Dialysis Services; 
• Draft PPP Agreement on Issyk-Kul Hotel PPP Project;
• Draft PPP Agreement on Automated Fare Collection System PPP Project. 

Actually you should combine relevant provisions of the documents above applicable to your PPP Agreement. On Monday we will discuss your Draft PPP Agreement.
