Thesis Writing 1 is a course that helps students to prepare and start writing their senior thesis.. Your thesis will be a major piece of academic work that you do towards obtaining the degree at this university. This course will help you with theoretical foundations and practical suggestions on how to write your thesis. It will be conducted in the format of a seminar and every week, students will share the results of their progress. By the end semester, students are expected to have a draft of their literature review, research methodology chapter and some foundations of the empirical analysis. This means that in addition to readings, students are encouraged to conduct some preliminary interviews and observations towards their research.
