Take a 1 min video interviewing 2 people asking them 2 questions:

1. What development is, in their view?

1. How can/should we measure development?

Do not try to be "right" or get the "right" answers. The idea is to get different perspectives. The interview can be done in English, Kyrgyz, or Russian.
