This course covers two directions of the Design management: Product management and Service design.

Product knowledge as an essential issue in modern marketing and management is critical for strategic decisions and operative decisions. The product policy and its interrelation with other marketing mix elements, define the marketing management scenario.

Product management subject is focused since the beginning on strategic and operational marketing issues. Every single variable is to be review from a global to individual perspective, but permanently focused on processes for taking decisions.

 The part Service design reveals how to design a journey that will satisfy all customers’ needs and desires at all touch points. It explores the tools and approaches to recognize and developing the client, such popular in nowadays as Customer Journey Map, Service Blueprint, Persona, Jobs to be done and others.

During this course, students will learn how to make competitive product for company and satisfying journey for client.
